With new horizons in 2017, my posts here will be once a month. Every opportunity requires good stewardship for maximum obedience and outcomes. I hope to continue to see many of you through various events locally and nationally. I believe in you! I believe in your capacity to make a difference in your students’ lives! I believe in your call and assignment! I believe in the gifts you selflessly share daily with your students and colleagues. I believe in those action-oriented goals you have set for 2017! Remember you will always have a tribe of valiant educators who believe in you; irrespective of the challenges.
So as we prepare for the Christmas break, be mindful not to major in the minor. Rather, major in the major- be intentional about your time. Enjoy much needed time with family and friends. The privilege of making memories with our loved ones should be cultivated and thoroughly enjoyed. Be the present to your loved ones and be fully present with them. Following in our family tradition of giving the gift of time to each other, Christmas time is a special time for us. From all corners of the world, everyone is together to celebrate this wonderful time of year. We are witnesses of the results that have transpired over the last four years since we started this Christmas time tradition and we are so grateful. Wishing the same for each of my fellow educators. Let the fun begin! This is to a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!! Love & Blessings!!
“Oh how great is your goodness, which you have stored up for those who fear you, which you have worked for those who take refuge in you, before the sons of men.”- Psalm 31:19
