I want to wish you and your family a wonderful time of celebration. Easter or Resurrection as it is called in the Christian family, is a sweet time of celebration of what Jesus did to redeem us back to God. It is the core of our faith. It has to be experienced to understand the meaning and impact. Here is another repost treat for you to enjoy from my incredible husband. Read. Reflect. And. Receive new life. Love & Blessings!
Resurrection Day is here! Sunday is here! All over the world, Christians are celebrating the resurrection of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ! There is an extra significance to today's celebration. About sixty-two years ago, was the last time Resurrection Day fell on April Fool's Day. That was 1956 to be exact, and the next time it happens again, will be in 2029. It is no joke for followers of Christ, Jesus did rise up from the dead. The tomb where He was buried is empty. Jesus is alive in every one that has confessed Him as Lord and believed in their hearts that God raised Him from the dead. Our salvation is solid proof He is alive.
Jesus Christ is the only Man who promised to rise from the dead. He kept His promise and restored us back to God. "Jesus was raised to life to make us right with God" (Romans 4:25). Today, we celebrate! Our Lord and Savior is Risen! Jesus is Alive forevermore.
Our Savior and Lord is alive in each of His son and daughter. We are witnesses to the radical transforming power of God. Glory be to His name! That's forty-one years of being a witness to God's amazing grace of salvation. Because of His ultimate sacrifice, we are restored, justified, alive forevermore and heirs of salvation. Jesus is alive forevermore in you His Beloved.
As we celebrate not just today, but continuously the reality of our inheritance in Christ as His Beloved, may His life be fully expressed in and through each of us to advance His Kingdom for God's glory! Let's celebrate together in worship with this all time favorite song by the one and only anointed Minister- Ron Kenoly. God Bless you!
