It’s very easy to think that all we see in the natural or physical is all there is. The Bible tells us that is not the case. In fact, the realm we cannot see governs this physical one we live in. In John 6:63, “It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing; the words that I have spoken to you are spirit and are life.” Here Jesus lets us see how important the Spirit is. Our daily relationship with God, enables us to experience spiritual support and receive the life of God for every area of our lives.
Here at Oasis Focus Inc., we are committed to providing an oasis of hope in the marketplace, to families and public schools for the ultimate aim of representing our Lord and Savior with mercy and truth. Through the years, we have been blessed to carry this mission out through the help of God. We begin each year with excitement to partner with the Majestic God and fulfill His heart desire.
On behalf of Oasis Focus Inc. Board of Directors and Oasis Publishing (a subsidiary of Oasis Focus Inc.), I am delighted to introduce our newest resource titled "The Educator’s Compass.” It is a means of spiritual support to our public school teachers. The Educator’s Compass is a weekly lunch time Bible Study for educators to gather together and study the Word of God for about 15 minutes. The book is a collaborative venture from seven authors to empower and equip fellow educators to nurture their spirits and souls. When my wife and I taught our daughters for eleven years, I had firsthand experience on the great responsibility of teaching. Though I have never taught in a public school, my days of mentoring high school students at Dallas ISD proved how challenging the teaching profession is. I admire the hard work our teachers do daily. If you have an educator in your life, you know exactly what I am referring to. Our teachers need comprehensive spiritual support from the Word of God and prayer. The Educator’s Compass was designed to do just this. It is a weekly structured Bible Study. The book is divided into 6 weeks and 9 weeks depending on a school district’s grading calendar.
We are excited to provide this spiritual support for our public school teachers. Help us by sharing with family, friends and colleagues. We worked to release this before the new school year. Some schools will be starting the 2019/2020 school year this month of July. We are excited they get to have their compass as they start a new school year. Copies can be ordered from Amazon.
