Prayer Chats: We continue to receive prayer requests from families affected and unaffected by the current Covid19 pandemic. Many of you specifically asked for a prayer chat to have the opportunity to talk and pray. We are honored to serve you in hosting prayer chats. Our first rounds of prayer chats went well last week with some minor glitches. We are partnering with ThinQtv to launch Oasis Connection Prayer Chats three times a week to provide more opportunities to talk and pray. Our board members will rotate hosting these weekly prayer chats. At a time with great uncertainty prayer is most powerful in ushering our hearts God's peace that passes all understanding. Let us pray together and usher God's peace to our world at this critical time. We love you and the opportunity to serve you. This is great news. The rise in the sale of Bibles during this pandemic validates the importance of faith in God in times of uncertainty. This is why it is necessary that you and your families are connecting weekly with your local church through the services offered online. We are fortunate here in America and other advanced countries that we are able to have services online. Many of our brothers and sisters in other countries do not have online service opportunity. Think about been shut in and no means to connect with fellow believers online. This is a reality in countries that are yet to have widespread internet access or technology like we do here in the United States. Staying connected during this pandemic period will require determination on your part to maintain connection online.
